QuickEdit - remove openings

Is it possible to edit a mesh to make a "door" or opening so that a player can walk inside? For instance, if I have a building that's already made, but I want to remove the door, is it possible with this tool? I was thinking of using an exterior and then building out the full interior with my ProBuilder.

It looks like it might be possible. I really don't want to buy GameDraw, since that looks like you can do this operation. I really like ProBuilder and ProGrids (even though I have problems with building things on angles). I'm a super noob at Blender, so don't really want to dig into that right now.
