Matt1988 4 Report post Posted January 28, 2013 As of the 2.0 release, this is already included in ProBuilder under "Window > ProBuilder > Actions >Set Pivot" or Ctrl+j The ProBuilder Set Pivot tool is my answer to moving around the pivot points for ProBuilder objects. There may be some bugs, I haven't had time to test it extensively yet. Downoads: ProBuilder Set Pivot v2.0 Directions: First import the package While you have a Pb object selected, use the shortcut ctrl+j or navigate to "Window>ProBuilder>Actions>Set Pivot" in Unity. this will place the pivot point of the mesh in the center of the currently selected verts on the mesh. If you only have one vert selected, it will move the pivot to that vert's position. If you have no verts selected, this will move the pivot to the center of the object. Post any questions or bugs in this thread.
karl 321 Report post Posted January 29, 2013 Good stuff, efficient and to the point. Excellent use of the API as well. My only suggestion would be to re-designate this as a menu item as opposed to a window (ProBuilder/Actions is there specifically for extensions ). A shortcut would also be a welcome addition.
