alt+E doesnt work =(

Is there a conflicting shortcut?  ProBuilder reserves Alt-E for subdivide, so you may have to change it manually.

 

i think it's mistake, because there is no options about subdivide in the settings of ProBuilder. Nevertheless, where I can remove the conflicts in which menu?

It was an oversight indeed.  To change the shortcut in QuickEdit, open qe_Editor and change the &e to whatever other shortcut you'd like.  The ampersand is the alt key, but you can use whatever other modifier key you'd like (% is command, & is alt, # is shift, etc ... http://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/MenuItem.html).

 

The menu command lines are starting at line 84 - make sure to change both.  For example, this would change the shortcut to Command Shift E:

[MenuItem("Tools/QuickEdit/Edit Selected Mesh %#e", true, 0)]
static bool InitCheck()
{
	return Selection.transforms.Select(x => x.GetComponentInChildren<MeshFilter>()).FirstOrDefault() != null;
}

[MenuItem("Tools/QuickEdit/Edit Selected Mesh %#e", false, 0)]
static void Init()
{
	... 
}	

In the next update I'll remove this conflict.
