    Put it in a directory called /editor, you'll get an EDITORS tab, run it, it can fix and show all
    the missing stuff on your prefabs, including probuilder. I ran across it when I got 'MemoryStream
    corrupted, quit Unity and restart!' error

    It's not bad for the time I spent, I'll write up a tut. Mainly, you don't need any simplified collision mesh, the cave has 6500 polys in
    blender, i get 245 FPS on a quad core with intel hd 460 graphics.

    This didn't import properly, missing scripts on the children. but I made an empty GO, reset to 0 0 0, then the 4 components reset to 0,0,0, if you don't your Parent will be far from the children, it worked that way.

    To make an object unselectable, make a layer for it, like "Terrain" then in the layers hit the lock button, you can also hide it.

    I have a lot of similar buildings that need similar collision shapes, like stairs going up to a loft, 4-sided room with a doorway, etc. I make them all unique and can save the prefabs for reuse, but they never seem to quite fit the next building, so I start from scratch.
     
    I guess custom shapes would be harder to implement, typing in a bunch of numbers, easier just to make a bunch
    of generic collider prefabs.

    This makes terrains, buildings, chairs, 2d mazes, I don't see the floor plan generator in the unity package. You
    will need EditorObjExporter.cs from the unity wiki, put it in an /editor folder, select the item generated in hierarchy
    go tools/export/export selected to obj, then rename each one as it overwrites. Chairs are the best, buildings not bad,
    maybe Karl can use this.

    I wonder if some prebuild building pieces could be made with this, to speed up collision meshes. Doesn't seem to be
    anywhere to go past the 'plane' shape.

    In houdini, expensive though, $199 a year,(except free non-commercial apprentice),
     
    unity engine free for now, will be $99. I've tried some of the stuff from Orbolt, it works

    The probuilder one has never worked for me, I use 'editorobjexporter', the second one not the 1st one just put it in /assets/editor

    Does your obj file have any length, like how many K? Post it if it's not too wonderful.
     
    Sometimes the scale is so large you have to zoom way out, also hit the numpad forward slash to 'view selected'

    With the latest beta, selecting faces in texture mode doesn't happen sometimes unless I 1st select the
    face in geo mode and hit texturekey. Also a 'nudge' offset key would be nice, like in Blender you can hit the arrow keys
    and nudge your texture up in tiny amounts, clunky to type in the amount or use the mouse.

    There's 2 situations on copying. The 1st is when you are copying from the same version of probuilder, like
    I'm using 2470 the latest. For this you assets/export package,  select your scene,' myscene.unity' and also the ProBuilderCore.dll
     
    Then import the package to the other project, the pb_object and pb_entity scripts should be visible in the inspector when you select
    an item in top level or geometry level. If you have a couple of 'missing mono scripts' you hit add component/ hit spacebar type in 'pb'
    and add the scripts to each object, but the probuildercore.dll should have done this already.
     
    The other situation is going between different versions, for this I just export the scene, the probuildercore.dll could be different,
    haven't had any missing mono script errors this way though.

    making Unirpg tiles

    It's $25, but you don't really need it, you could just copy/paste the pieces, it took me about a month
    to make my fancy set, this one took about 2 minutes.
